The essential ingredients for total wellness are simple and within our reach. How do you feel about lowering your risk for heart disease, cancer, and stroke? How do you feel about becoming physically stronger, making daily tasks such as lifting and reaching easier? In this seminar, we will enjoy a lively discussion about the simplicity of total wellness and how easy it can be to achieve.

Jennifer Holloway has her undergraduate degree from George Mason University in Education (Virginia). Her specialty is designing, implementing, and evaluating work site health promotion programs for employers who are aiming to build a healthy workforce. She is a mother of two active teenagers, cares for her aging mother, practices yoga, and enjoys horseback riding and regular play time to stay young at heart.
